Join author Kat Reilly for an interactive experience designed to bring the ideas and practices from her book, Legally Zen, to life
This is more than a reading or a traditional workshop. Through accessible guided practices, reflection, mindful connection, and practical tools, participants will have the opportunity to experience the principles behind Legally Zen and discover simple practices they can carry into their everyday lives.

Welcoming Fall: Sound, Reiki & Smudge
An evening honouring the shift into fall through sound, Reiki, smudging, reflection, and intentional release.
The fall equinox marks the seasonal shift from summer into autumn, when light and darkness come briefly into near balance before the days begin to shorten.
Welcoming Fall is an evening to honour that turning point intentionally.
We’ll begin with smudging and Reiki, then settle into an extended sound meditation designed to create space for rest and reflection as we move into a new season.
The evening is centred around the natural rhythm of letting go and renewal. A chance to slow down, notice what has shifted, and make room for what comes next.
hosted by Kasia, Katie & Delphine

There are many ways to tend the energy of a space, each from a particular history, worldview, or lineage. Plant spirit medicine, like white sage, cedar, sweetgrass, palo santo and the other medicines, belongs to particular lands, peoples, and ceremonial contexts, and is approached with respect for origin rather than used generically. It is the lineages, elders and healers who have built and tended the relationship with the plant spirits that share and exchange the integral teachings of the medicines, and that relationship is ever evolving, not static. Building one's own relationship with the spirit realm is an open invitation to all, under the guidance of a teacher who has received the teachings in their own right.
